I have always been an active person and by the age of 15 completed the Coast-To-Coast Walk, Ben Nevis, Càirn Eige and Snowdon.  I now lead a relaxed life dotting around 2 daughters and my curious nature has led me to read.  In Particular, Business Psychology and 21st Century Social Anthropology.  I take an active involvement in supporting local community projects to help those who are less fortunate.

Outside of work I like to spend my time playing football numerous times a week and also supporting my hometown team – Sunderland AFC.
