Mosh obtained a BA (Hons) in Accounting followed by Management Accounting (CIMA) and Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) qualifications. After a successful career in banking Mosh went on to develop business starts-ups and focused more on strategic growth plans. Mosh’ technical expertise has enabled him to work in specialist sectors for global partners and Start-ups in the infancy stages that require detailed searches to unearth elite talent within niche and candidate short markets.

How do you like to relax out of work?
I have always been an active person and by the age of 15 completed the Coast-To-Coast Walk, Ben Nevis, Càirn Eige and Snowdon. I now lead a relaxed life dotting around 2 daughters and my curious nature has led me to read. In Particular, Business Psychology and 21st Century Social Anthropology. I take an active involvement in supporting local community projects to help those who are less fortunate.
