After earning a BA (Hons) in Social Science from Hull University, Nicky pursued further education obtaining a postgraduate qualification in Social Work. Following a 23-year tenure in Social Work, she took a hiatus before transitioning to a role as a payroll officer at Lancashire Constabulary for 5 years. In June 2018, Nicky commenced her journey with Wynne Consulting, initially providing administrative support. Over time she expanded her responsibilities to include account management, collaboration with the consultants on their recruitment projects and engaging in search work.

How do you like to relax out of work?

I spent many years playing tennis and netball but am now a bit lazier. I love travelling – Australia is my favourite country; Tenerife is where I chill out the most and you can’t beat a cruise. I like to garden, read, socialise with family and friends and am often out walking on a Sunday afternoon with my partner and his dog, where somehow the dog always drags us into the pub.
