GENERAL MANAGER - CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
Our client has a long-lasting (60+ years) and outstanding reputation as innovator and provider for high-quality capital equipment, machine tools and allocated software solutions.
Strong sales / commercial skills.
Background within the UK capital equipment, machine tool or metrology sectors.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or similar qualification in mechanical / industrial engineering
The ideal track record should contain a minimum of 7-8 years in a successful and international Field Sales and/or Key Account Management and/or Service Sales role - ideally in project sales of industrial components/solutions.
The candidate will be the pro-active driver of all Sales, marketing and general management activities across the UK.
The candidate will report to the Managing Director at the Group headquarters. This GM-leadership role offers a highly competitive Sales Management role and provides significant visibility throughout the entire company.
70K basic, plus package including management bonus scheme, company car, private medical and pension
