Reporting to the Marketing Director and working across the 3 different businesses in the Group, the Marketing Co-ordinator will be responsible for the management and delivery of marketing & communications projects and events in support of the different businesses in the Group. Being part of a growing and dynamic marketing team, you will need to work across the business, interacting with multiple key stakeholder groups such as sales, customer support and the management team. Responsibilities • Research, write and publish engaging content to educate, nurture and convert both prospects and clients. • Book, organise, manage and attend various events, conferences and exhibitions throughout the year, pre and post event. • Management of partner co-branded collateral • Construct and distribute relevant communications and press releases • Liaise with industry publications to identify opportunities for features and editorial • Manage the development and publication of company collateral • Capture all incoming lead data and update systems • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Product Development and Operations • Develop an good understanding of the company's target markets and products • Deliver and execute all other marketing activities against the plan You will have a broad and varied role and whilst utilising your specific marketing skills, you will work as part of a team of four and your responsibilities may vary from time to time as to the types of marketing activities you are responsible for and the divisions within the Group to which you provide marketing support.
Requirements: • Experience in a Marketing role is essential - marketing experience with software companies would be an added benefit but is not essential • Experience with content writing is essential • Ability to build relationships with partners and the sales team • Organisation including delivering on time and within budget • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time • Demonstrable experience of writing abilities and writing to a deadline • Enjoys working in a small team and a sociable office • Willingness to travel across our offices and to events and client sites as required from time to time Desirable: • Interest or experience in the logistics, ERP and IT software industry • Experience in working within Salesforce • Experience in market research • Experience in B2B marketing • Experience in digital marketing
Mid 20's base salary, plus package
London (South West)
