PLANT MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING MANAGER - ROTATING EQUIPMENT
Multi-national manufacturer of mechanical components for the rotating and turbo-machinery market servicing all areas of industry including aerospace, oil & gas and defence.
Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent Manufacturing industry experience - high value, low volume You will need to optimise production output by maximising efficiency, quality and service levels, whilst demonstrating the excellent leadership skills required to support a Business Excellence for Manufacturing culture
Develop and contribute to the strategic development of the business unit to support the self-aligning strategy Develop a clear organizational direction and establish relevant Key Performance Indicators to drive performance improvement Ensure all plant and equipment is maintained in optimal condition and in accordance with defined specifications Ensure all documentation is completed and maintained to support the business needs in line with customer and the Factory Managers expectations Identify and deliver business improvement projects to support strategic goals Implement machine life-cycle improvement initiatives across the site and introduce best practices.
50-55k basic plus package
