UK SALES DIRECTOR - AUTOMATION
An international automation Company require a Sales Director to run the UK Business. Innovative products & intelligent solutions are their key to success. The product range is very broad, and the quality and technology are well respected. They want that person to join their Company at an exciting time of expansion and to be an integral part of our Company future growth plans.
If you have a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management role within the automation sector, are technically minded, have good communication skills, know the markets and have strong exposure to OEM's, then waste no time in applying for the role. The role is to stimulate, develop and create a team of professional sales people who want to exceed within the sales field, along with increasing the customer sales base and ensuring that the budget and mid-term plan are achieved and exceeded. The successful candidate will be expected to inspire, provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales organisation to ensure the business is able to meet and exceed agreed business targets.
£65,000 base + Package
National - (Homebased)
