I founded Wynne Consulting in 2004 because I love recruitment & I wanted to grow a company to work with people who share my values – which are honesty, integrity, transparency, hard work and a focus on delivering.

My fellow Directors Chris, Matt and Joey all share the same values and we have worked together for between 15-20 years. Just within the 4 of us we’ve a cumulative experience within Wynne Consulting of 74 years. We have a combination of extensive industry expertise with a deep friendship built on these shared values built by growing together. We deliver the same values to our clients through our world-class search recruitment service.

Far too many operators in the recruitment world focus on short-term; money-driven solutions. Our focus is on long-term; collaborative relationships where our expert team work tirelessly to help our clients overcome the challenges recruiting and retaining the very best talent in their market.

Finding you the right people – an insight into a unique process. With our candidate recruitment matched to your needs, we aim to find you the best of the best using a proactive and perfectly honed search and networking method.

The key to our ongoing success is specific sector knowledge and research, an open channels of communication with both SME and Corporates and the ability to provide a bespoke, high quality service to our clients.

We primarily cover Managerial, Sales & Technical disciplines within our core market sectors (see the Expertise section for the market sectors we service).

Our service is different from typical recruitment agencies because we are entirely “client focused”, rather than helping job-seekers. Our starting point is always “what is the client requirements”, rather than trying to fit a “square peg in a round hole” by pushing unsuitable candidates that our “on our books”. Our model is simple. We concentrate on what the exact client requirements are, then go to market and pro-actively source top quality people to what our client requires.

The top quality people in any discipline will always aim to progress their careers, but they rarely (if ever) actively look for a job or register for the usual mainstream job finding services such as Recruitment Agencies or CV Websites.
