We asked Catherine what she gets up to in her spare time… In my spare time, I love being with my family/friends. I have two daughters and three grandchildren. I love going places and socialising, attending church and co ordinating a weekly food bank for people in the Preston area. I enjoy reading, music, gardening and walking.
