Experience implementing software solutions required.
Some SQL, C# or Python development experience would be highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a computer science field also ideal.
Experienced in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance and supporting our customers through all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

Reporting to the Delivery Team Manager, you will work with the wider team to specify and configure our software solutions which integrate to customers’ warehouse management systems.
You will build and test solutions and then lead implementations at customer sites. This includes working with customer stakeholders and training end-users, so an ability to work comfortably with people at all levels is crucial.
Deliver services to our customers using your extensive technical knowledge of our products and our customer’s processes.
Work collaboratively with the technical project team to deliver implementations for customers, or upgrades to existing customers.
Conduct detailed business process analysis and document the resulting requirements accurately in line with sales team defined scope.
Deploy and configure our software to meet the documented requirements on Windows and SQL virtual environments using technologies such as C# and Octopus Deploy.
Perform testing and validation of our software in-house, on customer sites or remotely, managing test cases, and results using Jira.
Produce high quality technical and end-user documentation as required for our complex solutions.
Lead technical implementations and upgrades for our customers and perform any troubleshooting to deliver a successful project.
Train end users of all levels to use our solution on customer sites or remotely.
Participate in the out of hours on-call rota as a second line to our support desk.
