HEAD OF SALES - POWER & ENERGY
Our Client is a global leading manufacturer of packaged equipment for the international power and energy industry. This is fantastic opportunity to grow and lead a sales team (internal and external) to develop sales strategy for the business unit.
• Excellent presentation and communication Skills
• Global Sales experience in a high value and high specification business
• First class negotiation skills
• Leadership and Change management skills
• Degree educated in an engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
• Oil & Gas and Petrochemical or Refrigeration experience
Develop new customer opportunities, improved routes to market and build relationships to achieve sustainable growth
Develop the sales team capabilities in terms of business development effectiveness, value selling and key account management. Foster a winning culture within the team
