This is a superb opportunity working for an established Robotics company in the London area. The company are thriving as a business and going from strength to strength. As part of their continued growth, they're currently looking for a Robotics / Controls Engineer to join the team.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Robotics, Control Systems, Mechanical Engineering or similar
C++ programming skills
Solid background / experience in controls and robotics systems, kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, closed-loop control systems
Python, Matlab or Simulink programming
Ability to develop and implement complex algorithms, learn and apply new languages, tools and frameworks
Must have a minimum of one year experience working in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Great organizational and time management skills
ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS
You will be a crucial part of our controls and robotics team
You will contribute to the robot controller and the overall motion performance
You will be in close contact with the backend and frontend stacks, investigating and solving state-of-art robotics problems / challenges
You will be instrumental in improving our robots, building applications, configuring and testing robots plus coding and simulation work.
£40 - 50k
London
