SALES MANAGER - FASTENERS
The company is well-established manufacturer of specialist fasteners, fixings, tooling and components - servicing the construction, industrial and manufacturing sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, managing and helping to shape the sales strategy of the business.
• Experience working within the fastener / fixings / c-category components, MRO, general engineering component environment
• You will also be able to demonstrate excellent management skills and an ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Success driven with an eye for hitting targets and looking at new ways to deliver on sales strategy and objectives.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, your role will be to develop existing business and new business both directly and by leading & managing the sales team.
Excellent basic salary, plus package (car, bonus scheme etc)
There are no specialist Health & Safety issues related to this role.
