Good knowledge of structured test methods and processes.
Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces.
2+ years’ experience of Manual Testing.
Knowledge of Automated Testing.

JOB PURPOSE: To work with the project team to assist with the preparation of test plans and the testing of
software to company guidelines and standards.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Project Lead, assist in the
preparation of test plans and test scripts to ensure high
quality and accuracy is maintained through to software
Execute testing to identify any issues or concerns with
software components and demonstrate the business
condition under test and the expected results.
To provide feedback to the development team and ensure
the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and
the quality requirements.
To ensure that processes and methodologies are followed to
ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service
Maintain test estimates and deliver appropriate progress
To assist in providing technical support; answering support
queries either on-site, by ‘phone or email.
Ensure more complex service issues are escalated in a timely
£25 - 40k
Midlands (home based but required to visit the office 1-2 times a week)
