My client is a well-established, British owned mechanical engineering business. They have over 30 years' experience in the selling specialist pumping products into the process industries.
2+ years field sales experience
Knowledge of specifying and selling custom mechanically engineered products
Strong commercial acumen
IT literate with good verbal and written skills
Developing and supporting customers in your specified sales territory
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
To maintain Key Accounts within the sales region, reporting all activities to the Key Accounts Manager.
Ensuring pump ranges are on the approved supplier lists at major end users and engineering houses and company is accepted as the lead manufacturer/supplier
Specifying and selling to decision makers and influencers at end users
Acquiring new and maintaining existing agreements with Customers
Prepare and present client quotations and obtain feedback on bids.
Offering after-sales support services.
To update market share and competitors' activities.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Specializing on specific products.
Solving client problems.
To secure orders at the appropriate profit margin.
£35k + 10% uncapped bonus + Car + bens
Lower South East Area
