BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
My client is a major transnational manufacturer. They turn over £300m+ globally with a strong presence across the EMEA. My client is looking for an experienced capital equipment sales engineer, preferably with experience selling turn key systems across rotating equipment or fluid control. This role will be seling systems globally to a number of industrial markets.
Rotating Equipment, Turn Key Capital Equipment or High Pressure Valve sales experience is preferred. Solid experience in the mechanical engineering industry will also be considered. A degree, or equivalent qualification, in a technical subject. A minimum of 5 years in a similar position. Excellent communication & organisation skills. Effective time management & reporting skills. Experience managing customer relationships. Effective negotiator. Must be able to work un-supervised and under pressure. UK & worldwide travel may be necessary.
Business Development Engineer's principal role is to identify and develop opportunities for their Turnkey offerings. The Business Development Engineer will also be required to develop new markets for standard off the shelf products.
£45-60k Basic + Car + Bens
