PROJECT MANAGER - MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEMS

Qualified to Bachelor’s Degree level in Engineering or Science or technical related discipline. 5+ years of experience in project management for systems, software, or process automation. Experience developing and maintaining project financial forecast. Direct customer contact experience while leading a project. Available and willing to work flexible hours to meet project commitments Willing and able to travel and work at customer sites. Travel can vary on assignment from 0% to 100% but can average 25%. Legal authorisation to work in the Netherlands is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. Experience developing and maintaining Project Plans and Work Breakdown Structures. Understand and complies with policies relating to Standards of Business Conduct. Project Management Professional (PMP). Knowledge of common software development practices include Agile methodology. Experience working with remote development teams. Experience of web based applications and environments. Experience with Microsoft Project and Project Server.
Manage the development and implementation process of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects for end-user client customers. Plans and directs the project schedule. Manages the project budget and costs. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.Ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. This position has overall responsibility for the project success. Direct communication and interactions with customers. Provides monthly project financial updates to Regional Delivery Manager. Documents key communications, status, plans, and commitments. Prepares material/hour effort estimates and supports new proposal efforts. Identify and execute change orders when required.
