Technical background. P&L Experience. Ability to take responsiblity and drive the business forwards. Manage a mixed skillset team.
Driving the area profit and loss performance. Actively engaging in safety and driving the overall improvement of safety within the area. Single point of contact for customer issues. Developing staffing plans for the area. Reviewing and driving the area operational performance. Developing and setting the area service budget in coordination with region. Identifying, highlighting and tracking of significant risks at an area level. People management, setting of targets and reviewing performance. Participating in development of improvement measures and business plans. Driving competitiveness of service in the area. Responsible for the local Customer Service Office/Service Point. Leading internal safety meetings. Reporting for safety KPI’s. Close cooperation with local Sales and Project Management. Working with other initiatives to improve competitiveness.
55-75K (potentially more, depending on experience) + BENEFITS
