SALES & SERVICE OFFICE MANAGER OR CO-ORDINATOR

Experience of motors, inverters, field bus, motion control and PLC would be a major advantage when applying for this role, but shouldn't deter applications who aren't strong in the field as the company is very open minded when it comes to recruitment. Management experience is very important when applying for this role as the person will have fifteen reports, which is a very big and important responsibility.
The person will be required to participate in the technical support of customers and internal colleagues, alongside dealing with technical and resource escalation, planning customer training and courses. Managing workshop facilities, test equipment and tools of technical bulletins to the appropriate target group.Supporting manufacturing and mechanical services department of electrical faults, problems modification and testing is important whilst making commercial decisions regarding priorities, service costs, approving warranty and credits and resolving invoice queries.
There are no specialist Health & Safety issues related to this role.
