TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Are you a graduate looking for their first job opportunity fresh out of university, then look no further. The company would preferably like the applicant to have some form of technical qualification whether it be a degree, HNC or HND in electronic/electrical engineering. That being said, if the applicant has valuable experience, rather than the qualification that shouldn't deter them. As culture is very important to the company, the person needs to be an enthusiastic team player, who wants to keep driving the company forward.
The individual would be required to provide technical support through all forms of customer contact in conjunction with queries, quoting, pricing, and product availability. Developing the relationship between the internal and external teams is a very big part of the company culture, and gives the individual the opporutnity to show where they can fit in to that.
There are no specialist Health & Safety issues related to this role.
