The company are a UK leader in technology and services to the Design, Build and Manage industries. They provide solutions including CAD, BIM, Facilities Management software. They are in a unique position as the leader in their industry, serving customers of all sizes throughout the UK and abroad.

Experienced Sales Manager, a strategic thinker with proven management and interpersonal skills who is able to understand, empathise and motivate a sales team.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience of B2B sales within the Design, Build and Manage space.

As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing the London South East Region team. The team consists of six field sales account managers.

They will have a minimum of 3 years' sales management experience.

Experience of selling CAD, Facilities Management or Document Management solutions would be an advantage. An overall knowledge of the Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction industry is required.

A proven track record of team development, exceeding goals and revenue expectations.

£55k plus 100k OTE, car allowance.
