Expanding distributor based in the North West which is undergoing a sustained period of growth, having recently moved in to new and larger premises. Company supplies high quality components and equipment across all areas of industry; Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Power Generation and HVAC.

Flexible nature - willing to go 'the extra mile' to get the job done
Proven ability to generate new business and positively grow sales
Some man-management / supervisory experience would be an advantage (not essential)
Technical / Engineering qualifications would be useful (apprentice / HNC / HND / degree)
Industry experience in some / all of the following areas; MRO, Fasteners, Fittings, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Hoses, Valves, Actuators etc.

Management & motivation of a small internal sales team
Work closely with warehouse & shopfloor to ensure on time delivery
Proactively Generate new business via new and existing accounts
Work with the senior management team to formulate and deliver sales strategy
Select and attend relevant industry trade shows
Meet clients to promote the business and better understand client requirements
