BUSINESS MANAGER - ISOLATION & CONTAINMENT

Applicants must be commercially aware strategic thinkers; possess strong interpersonal/leadership skills;
Be effective team players and able to demonstrate a good grasp of technical product knowledge.
Qualified in engineering or a technical discipline or with equivalent experience.
Proven track record of success in managing sales of technical equipment to an industrial and contractor base is a requirement and knowledge of dust and fume extraction would also be an advantage.
In order to support our expanding operation we seek to recruit a Business Manager who will be responsible for the business management of our Configures Solutions Division. As a member of the UK Management Team, the successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and be accountable for the cost effective delivery of sales in line with Company sales and profit targets. As well as managing a customer focussed sales team and overseeing the implementation and utilisation of the CRM systems, the successful candidate must have the capacity to manage and develop relationships with existing accounts and bring in new customers. There will also be an involvement in all areas of the sales process for other parts of the business.
Competitve Salary circa £35-40k plus bonus, company car, company pension etc...
