Prepared to travel extensively within the UK and overseas as required.
Advanced knowledge of Siemen's and Allen Bradley programming.
- Fully conversant with Siemens and Allen Bradley systems and the following software.

Fully conversant with modern SCADA communication systems
Able to program drive systems including Danfoss, ABB and Siemens as a minimum.
Able to produce and update electrical drawings and device lists

Electrical engineer capable of designing control panels fully compliant with all current standards.
Able to design and advice on the electrical installations of single and multiple machine projects.
Able to conducted detailed technical discussions with customers and appraisal of their requirements leading to the development of URS and FDS documents.
Will be required to be become fully conversant with all our standard control panels.
Act as technical support on all automation enquires irrespective of them being land based, shipboard or offshore.
Act as technical support on all automation / electrical issues for our service team.
Conduct in-house training for our engineers.
Conduct customer training
Lead FAT activities and ensure the customer requirements are fully met and documented.
Take an active role in the commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
Ensure all final documentation is completed and filed accurately for future reference by our OMS service team.
Manage all project software including updates of existing installations.
Work within the quality management system within the UK and Germany.
Ensure all automation packages are signed off by the customer.
Participate in customer presentations for new machines and upgrades etc.
Manage electrical health and safety related issues
Produce electrical risk assessment documentation for new machines installations, trials and service activities.
