Solid sales experience in EPC project selling/execution, OEM selling within the process industry. BS degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum 10 years experince in salas and marketing, with a focus on instrumentation, industrial automation, or other relevant EMEA industry regions.

To grow the business in the EMEA region by developing new and improving existing marketing and sales structure/resources. Work closely with VP's of Sales and Marketing to set up global growth paths. Candidates should be Motivated, excellent communicators, computer literate with Microsoft products, and should be fluent in at least German and English, although additional languages would be desirable. This role involves frequent travelling (at least 25%).

Attractive €100k salary, plus bonus, car, pension and Health package.
