PROJECT MANAGER - PROCESS AND PACKAGING CAPITAL EQUIPMENT

Education to a degree level (preferably engineering) or equivalent is required.
3-5 years of experience in project management as well as knowledge of the Innovation and Industrialization processes.
Knowledge of food processing systems, PMI standards and/or PMP certification would be advantageous.
Experienced in implementing process solutions in the liquid food industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Able to communicate with customers at all levels and capable of managing their expectations.
Proven leadership and motivation skills.
Contractual and commercial awareness, as well as an awareness of current legislation.
Some familiarity with the preparation of tenders.
Flexible and team worker.
Capable of working on own initiative.
Results and service orientated.
Capable of analytical and creative thinking.
Ability to work under intense pressure.
You will have day to day responsibility for the delivery of one or more significant contracts, thus being responsible for all aspects of the life of the project, and you will constantly be looking for means to optimise delivery of projects through process improvement.
The core requirements are to lead and direct in-house and external resources to deliver contract requirements in a professional and efficient manner. This will involve chairing internal project reviews, providing periodic reports to the customer and Tetra Pak Project Board and attending customer, supplier and site meetings.
Plan and execute the different project activities to deliver the project scope and objectives according to contract.
Develop, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on pre-defined stakeholders' requirements.
Define a deliverable oriented work breakdown structure, developing, executing, managing and communicating the project plan.
Define, communicate and manage the project budget.
Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools.
Create and lead the project organisation based on project deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities and objectives.
Develop and implement a risk management plan.
Create and drive the project procurement plan to ensure the supplier selection and management fulfil project objectives.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as Tetra Pak policies, procedures and guidelines.
