BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MOTORS
The company on one of the top 4 global manufacturers of power transmission, automation & control solutions and products.
External Sales experience (3+ years). OEM and/or End User experience. Technical Mechanical or Electrical qualifications. Driven and hungry.
Although Mech Drive/Gearbox sales experience is useful we are just as keen on candidates that know OEM's and simply are technically strong enough to understand torque and in time put together and specific a gearbox after our client have given them training of course (so a theoretical mech eng tech qualification would be fine)
The successful candidate would be tasked with lead sales of products in the UK, Working with specific focus on Mechanical Drives, responsible for creation and ownership of strategic channel and account plans that will help meet clearly defined order intake, revenue and profit targets. Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery of contracts.
The customer base is varied and with 70% being OEMs and also 30% End Users/Distribution.
£38-46k, 30% bonus, car or allowance, pension, health etc...
