Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of measurement/control and hazardous products and solutions. They are also part of a multi-billion pound engineering group.

Electrical qualification (HNC/HND or Degree).
3 years+ of managing an external sales team in the UK.
Experience selling in to the Process Indsutries (End Users, EPC's and Distrbutions).
Market Knowledge of O&G, Chem, Utilities and Industrial
Have dealt with CRM's and managing Sales teams through KPI's

Devise and execute UK Sales stratergy.
Manage 4/5 UK external Sales Engineers - support, mentor and motivate.
Look at Market stratergy (End Users, EPC's, Distribution).
Responsible for the UK Sales Team target.
Reporting in to the EMEA head of Sales.
To have responsibility for local distribution and agency channels as appropriate.
To support the development of the EMEA sales strategy and plan.
To own and manage specific key accounts in the region.

£65-75K base, 30% bonus, pension, health etc...
