PROJECT MANAGER - HV SWITCHGEAR

Essential. HNC Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Project Startup - Initiating & Planning. Project Execution, Monitoring & Control. PM - Project Closeout. Resilient and Tenacious. Desirable. Health and Safety qualification. 5-10 years project management experience within T&D. Business Administration / financial Qualification or training.
Timely execution of projects within target budget. Adherence to agreed contractual terms and conditions. Manage change, contract variances, growing or at least maintaining project profitability whilst adhering to our codes of conduct. Produce specific internal performance reports for contact/project review meetings. Review margin position, cost commitments and review risk exposure. Monitors and controls project financials. Attend customer meeting where necessary. Produce external reports detailing progress against objectives, risks and mitigation where required. Work closely with Contract Administration; ensure timely invoicing and completion of contractual documentation. Oversee at all times project invoicing status cost, expenses and cash flow. Attend, where necessary, customer site to ensure installation and commissioning works are progressing as per programme and compliance to HSE policies are being strictly adhered to. Undertake SOT's regularly and report as necessary. Captures, analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the project with all stakeholders. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
