Proven track record of managing a team. Excellent all round knowledge of Engineering. Relevent Engineering qualifications

Provide engineering support to all projects being undertaken within the group. In agreement with the group management team, ensure efficient and effective utilisation of engineering resources across all projects. Forecast engineering capacity requirements and manage resources to accommodate demand. Ensure all engineering activity complies with statutory requirements. Determine best practice approaches and drive improvements. Ensure internal engineering procedures are strictly adhered to. Participate in project close-out meetings and other regular reviews. Contribute as required to periodic business and strategy reviews. Coach and drive personal development of engineering staff.
