QUALITY MANAGER - FLUID POWER
The ability to communicate and lead effectively at all levels, whether it be customers, key contacts in the organisation, manufacturing plants or other internal stakeholders is essential. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate required leadership competencies with solid practical experience of managing and leading teams
A vacancy currently exists for a Quality Manager, working with a wide variety of stakeholders you will be responsible for the continued development of the quality management system and the application of preventive quality measures in all areas of the business. A strong understanding of sales activity and customisation is important in addition to experience of quality systems and tools. You must be comfortable with standard products, as well as potential complex project orders involving the supply of both hardware and software solutions.
Lead and support the use of preventive quality assurance. Work with plants, service and other corporate departments across the world to provide excellent product and after sales support to UK customers. Maintain and continuously develop the robustness and effectiveness of the quality management system and support external accreditation. Ensure delivery of permanent solutions to identified. Ensure that group standards and directives relating to quality are implemented and maintained. Monitoring and management reporting of relevant performance indicators.
