Familiarity with CDM regulations. IOSH Qualification. Engineering qualification preferred (electrical desirable). Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to read and interpret Gantt charts (MS Project/Primavera). Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and have the ability to effectively manage own time and meet deadlines. Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion. Excellent organisational skills. Attention to detail. Team management capabilities. Good negotiation skills. Team player. Ability to work under pressure. Flexible. Pro-active approach and a willingness to contribute new ideas. Rail, Private Networks, Utilities experience desirable although not essential. Experience of working in a site management based construction environment essential. Full clean Driving Licence.

Dilapidation survey (including other survey support) Site set up including site hand over and site welfare. Assist in the generation of all method statements, WPP's and other documentation required by the specific project. Management of all materials, design drawings and project documentation on site Work/Labour planning including coordination of subcontract labour Materials planning/coordination/management including generation and maintenance of a project BOM Installation Management and coordination of test and commissioning activities Progress tracking and reporting against plan (daily/weekly/monthly) through coordination with the site supervisor. Collation of redline drawings and test records in conjunction with Commissioning Engineer. Responsible for defect closure & site hand-back Initiate and maintain effective and professional communications with the project manager, client, staff and subcontractors. Attendance as required at meetings with the client and subcontractors. Identification of items of work which are additional to project scope, costing and reporting as potential variations. Ensure that the contracted scope of work is executed within set time and cost budgets Responsibility for all site related CDM, Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental issues including regular audits and audit support as required by HVMS procedures and the requirements of the specific contracts Responsible for all tools and equipment used on site (condition, PAT testing, prompt return of hire items) Carry out site briefings/toolbox talks when required.

£40-60,000 Depending on experience.
