Degree level education preferred, or equivalent industrial experience. Experienced Project Manager with history of project delivery and client management. Sound understanding (at high level) of technology being delivered within Solution. Good people motivation and management skills; used to operating within matrix management organisation. Good appreciation of client sector Experience in Operational Technologies (Automation and SCADA domains), particularly: Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley and Siemens S7 PLCs, Cimplicity and FTView SCADAs. Knowledge of software development domain: SQL Server, C#, ASP .Net, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of ISA88 and an appreciation of ISA95. Understanding of PLC<>PLC, and PLC<>3rd Party communications as well as an understanding of the physical underlying technologies to a level where you are able to design solutions based on such interfaces both from a hardware and software perspective. Understanding of common industry standard protocols allowing for Level 2<>Level 1 Communications and Level 2 <> Level 3 communications, taking into account the ISA88/95 approach. Global awareness of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM/MES) solutions Preferred experience in delivery of complex and integrated OT and MOM solutions in different clients and types of industries

Ensure project delivery to time, quality, budget. Project planning and resource allocation. Project documentation. Perform risk management (identify, own, and mitigate likelihood and impact of risks & issues). Achieve or improving the 'Sold At' margin for projects managed. Control & monitor project cash-flow, ensuring a healthy financial balance during execution taking into account payment terms of suppliers and clients. Lead client relationship during project phase. Leadership & matrix management of technical team(s) and 3rd party suppliers. Maintain and Enhance our reputation and client perception & confidence in us. Responsibility. Sales: Participate in the demonstration and discussion of our solutions to clients/potential clients when needed. Project: Client and internal interface; overall responsible for project after handover from Sales. Co-production, with Solution Architect (SA) of the non-technical elements of our produced URS. Review, with SA, of the non-technical elements of Client produced URS. Project management plan. Project Plan, production & active management. Assign work packages to squads (using estimated effort from presales). Project Team, and squad, management, inter-working, & scheduling. Progress and Financial reporting to external and internal stakeholders. Change management & requirements maintenance. Ensure handover to Service dept. in line with standards & support requirements. Document and record decisions, actions, minutes, conversations between clients and suppliers. Ownership of supplier deliverables and progress. Quality: Compliance to project management processes; ensuring 10-golden rules are applied. Identification of customised needs/processes to be used within account and production of such (including owning approval/agreement for use from Quality manager). Identification and championing project delivery, and other areas, process improvements. Participate in the development of best practice & technical standards building within the department. People: Matrix management of entire Project delivery team, Mentor to project team members as appropriate, involving specific expertise and skills & Technical mentor to junior team members-help less experienced o Work allocation (by MUC) of squads, Prioritise SA work load, Timesheet and holiday approval for SA, Senior Developers/Engineers and squad members o Squad resource planning. Commercial:- Be familiar with, review and assess client imposed T&C's, with regards to risk & delivery of one's projects & any associated CCN's. Ensure T&C's are imposed on suppliers which manage risk to delivery of your project 'On time, On Quality & On Budget'. Achieve or improve on the 'Sold At' margin for projects managed. Maintain commercial records for ones projects including cash flow, expenditure, out turn and PRUS. Identify areas of potential commercial risk to Sales at the assessment stage of a project or CCN. Assess and quantify the commercial impact when a delay occurs within a project as a result of the client or CCN imposed. Financial management and communication with clients. Assign and relocate technical resources to maximize utilisation of squads and minimise the impact of project delays. Assess and quantify the impact on utilisation when a delay occurs within a project as a result of the client or CNN imposed. Advise on areas of technical risk in when assessing hours. Technology: Stay up to date regarding Automation and SCADA trends. Stay up to date regarding MES/MOM trends. Framework. Line manager: COO Other roles reporting to line manager: Senior Developers/Engineers, Project Managers, Solution Architects Line manager direct hierarchy: CEO Manager of: Developers/Engineers; 3rd party technical staff; contractors. Number of direct/indirect managed people: 1-10. Interaction. Internal: Developers/Engineers; Service Managers; Solution Architects; Head of Services; all other collaborators when required. External: Clients; Suppliers. Work environment and main challenges. Ability to mentor and manage individuals with varying degrees of skills and experience. Must be able to work on more than one project at any time & be able to re-act to a fast changing environment. Blames their team for poor sub optimal delivery. KPIs. Achieve PRUS >= 100%. On Time (T) = Ability to deliver tasks at the correct time and date. Performance (P) = Ability to get the TL and the team to be productive and motivated - without distraction and obstacles. Rework (R) = Assure with TL that tasks are properly defined and that proper testing is performed. Undersold (U) = PM should provide correct estimations that don't result in undersold, neither on oversold jobs & present areas which could result in commercial loss for the project. Scope creep (S) = PM should contain the delivery to within the agreed scope, or feedback by the Control Change Note (CCN) process any technical deviations and requests by the customer.

Base Salary, subject to skills and experience. Flexi-time. Private Healthcare (depends on the length of service). Annual Bonus, awarded according to Personal and Company Performance as defined separately to this document. No end of year/individual specific bonus. Annual Leave base starting at 20 days per year (+bank holidays or equivalent allowance).
