Our business area encompasses ultra precision machine tools, precision measuring systems and custom designed special purpose machines. Supervise the day to day running of the Electrical Design Department. Work with Electrical. Design Engineers to produce wiring drawings for “Ultra Precision” Machine Tools and circuit. layout drawings for in house designed PCBs. Generate technical files for machines and PCBs. Maintain Company CAD procedures.

This post requires a minimum enter level of HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, preferably Apprenticeship trained. Machine Tool build/wire experience would be an advantage. 1. Working knowledge of EPLAN P8 essential. 2. Adhere to BSEN60204, NFPA79, BSEN13849, ISO12100. 3. EMC panel layout knowledge essential. 4. PCB design – Design Spark preferred.
