Our client provides product procurement, distribution and logistics services to their clients through their global operation.

Must have: Experience of Quality Management System Maintenance. Ability to create effective policies & procedures to achieve appropriate accreditation. Excellent attention to detail with systematic approach. Planning & organising. Ability to work on own initiative, with minimum supervision. Positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible. Fully conversant with Microsoft office and excel, lotus notes and powerpoint. Desirable: Experience of Quality Management System development. Experience of developing Health & Safety policies/procedures. Experience of developing Environment policies/procedures. Previous experience of AEO desirable but not essential.

Accountable for: Maintaining and further development of Quality Management System (QMS) - (ISO9001 format). Ensuring compliance to Corporate Governance standards. Achievement of all related Internal Audits & their continued compliance. Compliance to Health & Safety and Environment policies. Lead waste management packaging. Main Responsibilities The main responsibilities include:- Maintain QMS for the Company and/or Group. Develop effective and meaningful policies/procedures, as required. Review existing policies and procedures and look for streamlining/rationalisation opportunities. Assist Groups to develop an effective manual control system for Forms & Records. Learn and carry out regular internal self audits as part of the QMS system. Lead monthly QMS meeting. Ensure alignment to Corporate Governance. Develop and implement ideas to improve compliance to Corporate Governance.
