Our client is a market leading manufacturer of bespoke automated systems for the pharmaceutical, life sciences and industrial markets.

Demonstrable experience selling high value, turnkey solutions (special purpose equipment, robotics, vision systems, materials handling etc). Experience selling into markets such as; pharmaceuticals, life sciences, laboratories etc would be an advantage. Proactive approach to developing new business and maximising existing accounts. Demonstrate an ability to work with clients to sell 'engineered solutions'.

Experience of selling turnkey solutions. Experience of Solutions based selling is a pre-requisite for this role. Experience of dealing with and winning business with end-users, consultants and contractors. Successful track record focused on targets, sales forecasting, prospecting and delivering results. Capability of developing new business, generating leads, developing business through sales cycle and closing business to achieve targets . Sound technical background. An ability to identify the client key decision makers at all levels. A proven experience in sales and in the preparation and follow up of high quality proposals.

40-45k basic plus, excellent commission structure, car, pension, medical etc.
