Knowledge of PLC'S and Inverters.

Provide on-site service cover to ensure smooth running of all systems; To carry out Service Calls repairs: Fault finding , Software/upgrades , Knowledge of PLC'S, Inverters, carry out all electrical repairs, reset machine to a high standard, carry out mechanical work where necessary as scheduled by the Service Co-ordinator. Main job function will be to carry out service/repair and installation on Hunkeler Popps equipment, MBO Digital, Tecnau ,plus other equipment as necessary. To supervise the off-loading where applicable and positioning of new machinery at a customer's site, then complete/assist with the installation and commissioning to our Principal's standards, within the time allocated; To carry out training and instruct on the machine operation as required; To conduct survey's with the care and attention to detail expected. To report clearly on the problems found and complete a recommended list of parts; To maintain a high level of safety awareness in line with health & safety guidelines, report hazards encountered to the Company Safety Advisor via the Service Manager; Ensure complete satisfaction of all work carried out at Customer's sites; To ensure all documents are prepared correctly, efficiently and signed off at all times. To provide high quality service on the machinery supplied by our client throughout the UK and Eire; To act as an ambassador for the Company at every Customer visit.
